1-1 PERSONAL & SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

With over 6 years of experience working hands on with a variety of clients, we pride ourselves for our 1-1 & semi-private training service. Our passion was build on training face-to-face with individuals and helping them towards their movement & fitness goals. It so much more than just putting our clients through a workout & our approach reflects that. Our approach to training is not just one-dimensional. We invest in each relationship and expect the same in return. It's important to us that our clients feel comfortable, understood & supported.

Semi-private training can range from 2-4 individuals!

There also is nothing worse than finishing a workout, questioning if you did ''enough.'' Through a comprehensive assessment, we create a customized plan to specifically fit your lifestyle, goals, & needs. We take a science based approach and use an app that allows us to track you progress.

  • ACCESS TO OUR ONLINE APP.

  • TECHNIQUE FEEDBACK 

    • Submit your form videos for feedback from coach​

  • BI-WEEKLY CHECK-INS
